Sounds like a lovely time. I love that feelnig of shedding the winter coat, it’s like being reborn. I lived through two rough winters in Boston. When I moved to Phoenix I gave my ankle length wool coat to Goodwill so fast.

I finally tried this recipe, Terri. 🙂 I think I went overboard with the sugar and the wine as I ended up with little bits of caramelised stuff in it. Hubby liked it, but I shall try to adhere to the actual quantities mentioned the next time. 😛

And it sounds so relaxed… we are testing our toes in the world of crafts for a local breakfast show but I keep baulking at the thought of three camera men in my kitchen… and how will we all be with a camera in our faces- actually my kids live with a camera in their face… I think they will be fine… me not so much!!!
